Amáutica Unveils New Single “Acaso El Viento” Ahead of Upcoming Album “Sin Altares”

Argentina-based dark rock band Amáutica is making a powerful return with their highly anticipated second studio album, Sin Altares, set for release on September 6th. After a seven-year hiatus following their acclaimed debut, the band is ready to give fans a taste of their new work with the release of the first single, “Acaso El Viento,” on July 19th through Aenaos Records.

The new album is the result of years of dedicated experimentation with dark rock sounds, a journey led by El Guru and Romina Dusk from their secret bunker. Known for their elusive nature, the band emerges from seclusion only for the purpose of recording or performing at clandestine gigs in undisclosed locations.

In discussing the creative process behind Sin Altares, the band shared, “We have respected the nature with which each song has been revealed to us, and we have infused them with the distinctive Amáutica sound to allow them to manifest in this world. We recommend listening to the album in its entirety for a full appreciation. Delving into its lyrics is worthwhile, as they represent our unique perspective on ancestral wisdom, magic, and spirituality.”

We have respected the nature with which each song has been revealed to us, and we have infused them with the distinctive Amáutica sound to allow them to manifest in this world.

The single “Acaso El Viento,” featuring Ariel Rossi from The Beauty of Gemina and Koenix, is available on Bandcamp and all major digital platforms. This release marks the beginning of what promises to be an evocative and introspective journey through the dark, spiritual, and mystical landscapes that Amáutica is known for.
